A beautiful white wine with bright golden color, with aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus background smoke and nuts. It has wonderful full, rich and mellow flavor and can be aged up to 10 years.

| Producer's Description | It comes from the variety Chardonnay grown in the Estate since 1983. After skin contact extraction, the wine is fermented in new French oak barrels. Remains for a period of several months in contact with the lees, thus gaining in body and in enriching varietal aromata.
The color is bright golden yellow and is characterized by aromas of honey, vanilla, ripe citrus background smoke and nuts. Has full, rich and mellow flavor and can be aged up to 10 years. Emerging best at 10-12 ° C. tasty combinations: fish with oily flesh, or even smoked fish with white sauce, shellfish, caviar compositions. |
