Adolo with the triple distillation of the "heart" of Ouzo Plomari, keeps the essence, the absolute balance of taste and aromas in a spirit of 42% vol. It has a crystalline, clear appearance with thick "tears" and a deep blue emulsion after diluting the drink with water. It stands out for its refined and elegant aroma with soft intensity aromas of anise, fennel, cinnamon and chamomile that create its special character. The taste is semi-dry, with warm alcohol and full body. Light intensity aromas of anise, fennel, mastic, cacoule and cinnamon. Oily, pleasant texture with a long duration and a slightly sweet finish that expresses the authentic character of the spirit.
