For those who find complex, alcoholic, red wines 'tiring', Spyropoulos' Orino (mountainous) will delight with its relatively light body and pleasant fruity character. The season of the year does not play a role in this wine, since it is easy to drink both in the summer, when the temperatures hit 'red', but also in the winter, when its blend of Syrah-Agiortiko takes on the task of 'warming' you up.

Details

Medium deep ruby color and young 'nose', with fruity characteristics that bring to mind mainly red fruits, such as sour cherry and red currant. Sweet aromas of butterscotch and milk chocolate complete the aromatic palette before moving into the 'soft' mouth, where the wine is dry with a light body, very 'soft' tannins and moderate acidity. Fruity characteristics also dominate the mouth, minimal barrel suspicion and a simple aftertaste, which is moderate in duration. A wine to drink now, without further 'needs' for aging in the bottle.
