Organically grown vineyards great tradition, a Holy place of unparalleled natural beauty. Committed to God and viticulture, monks Mylopotamos create a dry red wine that combines traditional Athonite winemaking with modern practice and which claims standing with both the Greek and international market.
Red fruit resembling cherries soaked in alcohol or maraschino liqueur, combined with strong elements barrel. The aromas of oak 'aggressive' in the bouquet of the wine, give bacharenies cues, especially while they felt their presence on the palate. Moderate tannins, like body while finishing the wine has a xirokarpati, reminiscent of roasted hazelnut quality.

Producer's Description | The bright crimson color and velvety, soft and gentle bouquet in which one recognizes berries (ripe cherries and blackberries). Its taste has good taniniki structure, well integrated into the wine, which gives body and flavor evrytita. Aftertaste rich and mature. Aged in oak barrels for 12 mines. Enjoy it at 18-20 degrees Celsius, accompanying all grilled meats, game and poultry, traditional dishes and dry cheeses. |
