Rich and intense red wine with solid tannins and long in the mouth. Has been excellent aging prior to being marketed and the results are shown in the right balance.
Do not worry if you have not heard the variety Wallachia. It almost abandoned local variety of Epirus saved thanks to the curiosity and skill of its people Katogi Averof. Particularly worthwhile effort that deserves our support.

| Producer's Description | Vinification: Ekragismos - pressing and extraction until the end of fermentation, which lasted 15 days. During the fermentation as 2 impregnating the hat day.
