The idea was to marry the classic Rhoditis with aromatic Malagouzia. The performance of Chris Barafaka balanced with aromas of tropical fruit and whitefish, freshness in the mouth but the acidity is too high and totally pleasant, fruity character, with emphasis on the immediacy of perfume rather than complexity.
Average lemon color, nose with emphasis on the fruit which plays between the white-fleshed fruits like peach and tropical most cues reminiscent of banana or pineapple. Some herbal hints in the background and in the mouth balanced acidity, fruit intensity, roundness and fruity aftertaste. Totally enjoyable without much complexity. Ready to drink.
