One of the most aromatic clones of Malvasia, that of Candia Aromatica, is one of the most elegant and aromatic varieties of Crete. With seductive aromas that bring Muscat to mind, Zelos of Durakis is an excellent dry expression of the variety that can blow your mind with its finesse and elegant aromatic expression.
Pure pale lemon, with high intensity citrus aromas such as lemon, and musk combined with intense florality reminiscent of white flowers such as jasmine. In the mouth it is dry with mild acidity, moderate, full of elegance, body and a slight bitterness (appetizing) as the English would say in the aftertaste. Ready to eat with little aging potential.
