The name of Vassilis Papagiannakos may be associated with the Savvatiano of the Attica vineyard, but he also produces excellent red wines. A typical example is this blend of Agiorgitiko with Cabernet Sauvignon that focuses on the pleasant fruity elements and its velvety character. It is ready to conquer those who face difficulties with the "stiffness" of red wines.
Its color is bright ruby with several purple hues that betray its freshness. Its nose is flooded with red and black fruits such as sour cherries, cherries and blackberries, combined with notes of vanilla, anise and pepper create an irresistible aromatic profile. In the mouth, the juicy dark fruits stand out again, the tannins are gentle, while at the end a beautiful buttery aftertaste remains. Pleasant to drink now, but can develop for 4-5 years from vintage.
