A new Provence-style rosé wine from Agiorgitiko that will go straight into our hearts. The secret is the fresh sweet and sour red fruits of the season, its wonderful salmon color and its freshness. It is drunk from the early lunch hours until late at night with fresh light sweets and Mediterranean dishes.
It is clear, bright with a light salmon color (onion skin) with pink highlights. On the nose it is clear, clean with aromas of bubblegum, wild strawberry, lychee and stone cherry. In the mouth it is dry, warm with a fairly rich body and medium+ acidity. Mouth aromas oscillate between strawberry and wild cherry and develop into fresh cherry tomatoes and florin pepper. The presence of tannins is subtle so as to offer a balance between the sweetness we get from the "flavor", the acidity and the alcohol level, giving a feeling of smoothness and freshness that lasts. Drink fresh at 9-11C
