The classic Syrah of the estate along with Cabernet Franc, gives in this case a rosé wine for all times. Vivid bright color, expressive aromas on the nose and good balance amongst the few residual sugar and acidity in a rosé wine that exudes character and intensity. Ideal next to traditional dishes of the Greek cuisine.
Vivid pink color with purple hues suggestive of youth. Particularly expressive nose, with aromas of red fruit jam like strawberry and cherry, combined with Floral cues. The flavor profile is complemented by hints of banana, bubble gum and cherry liqueur, reminding maceration carbonique. Almost dry in the mouth, with refreshing acidity and good balance. Overall very expressive with bright fruity character and intensity. Not intended for aging but drunk and the time pleasantly.
