At winery Vourvoukeli they invest in the indigenous varieties, trying to revive the historical vineyard of the area and to put the area back on the wine map of Greece. Pamidi is one of the red varieties of Thrace that is used especially in recent years, giving very interesting wines such as this rosé version from Abdera with its bright fruit and charming character. It is a wine that suits all hours of the day and all seasons.
The color of glowing salmon. Its aroma is pleasant and is dominated by strawberries, cherries, lavender, rose and caramel. The taste is lively and playful, with refreshing acidity, creamy texture and nice fruity, with a feeling of sweetness, aftertaste.

| Producer's Description | To ‘Παμίδι’ ή ‘Παμίτι’ συγκαταλέγεται ανάμεσα στις βασικές ποικιλίες της Θράκης. Το χαρακτηριστικό αυτό ερυθρό σταφύλι, διαθέτει ρώγες με ροδόχρωμη φλούδα. Η ξεχωριστή αυτή ποικιλία με σωστή οινοποίηση είναι ιδανικό για παραγωγή ερυθρωπών οίνων με πλούσιο αρωματικό χαρακτήρα. Η όλη οινοποίησή του βασίζεται στην ολιγόωρη διαδικασία εκχύλισης για την παραλαβή της ιδανικής ποσότητας χρωστικών ώστε να παραχθεί ένα πολύ απαλό ρόζε κρασί στην απόχρωση του saumon. Το κρασί εμφανίζεται με ξηρό και αρωματικό ταυτόχρονα στόμα, καλή οξύτητα με στέρεη δομή γευστικά. Το τελείωμά του είναι ευχάριστο και καλής διάρκειας. |
