Its color is bright lemon green. Its aroma is very expressive with the characteristic touches of quince being obvious and followed by apricot, citrus and pear but also some notes of juniper and herbs. It has a nerve in the mouth that combines beautifully with the creamy texture, while at the end there is a very nice fruity aftertaste.
