Assyrtiko is very well expressed in the land of Laconia, producing a more extroverted lemonade but also a mildly floral character, while at the same time combining the high acidity and the earthy notes of the variety. When the price of most Assyrtikas has 'escaped', here it seems to be forgotten at low, for variety, levels.
Light lemon color. Citrus fruits such as lime and citrus, white flowers, apple and minerals create a very attractive aromatic profile. Its taste is quite rich with lively acidity, oiliness and long lemony aftertaste with a sense of saltiness. It is pleasant to drink now but can evolve for 3-4 more years.
