Messolongi Fields olive oils come from the family's olive groves. The trees are cultivated using natural cultivation methods, while only olive leaves are used as an organic fertilizer. They are completely healthy and grow naturally without the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides, they have the right distance between them - sparse planting of olive groves -, they are cultivated on slopes with high drainage soil, they are nourished by the sea air and bathed in the abundant light of the greek sun.
