Μονοπάτι (Αϊβαλής) – Monopati (Aivalis)“Monopati” is a strong and delightful wine that friends of Agiorgitiko cannot have enough off. It comes from one of the most elite vineyards of Nemea “Monopati=Trail", which produces excellent grapes but has very low yields. The result is a wine with great aroma and flavor complexity for great culinary delights, but also suitable for long aging.
Διάπορος (Κυρ Γιάννης) – Diaporos (Kir-Yiannis)Special red wine from the Kir-Yianni winery with sentimental value to the Boutari family, reflected in this beautiful wine. A very good Xinomavro that by adding a small amount of Syrah it has spicy character. Velvety and "tough" at the same itme this wine is for culinary combinations of high quality.
Μαυροτράγανο (Χατζηδακης) – Mavrotragano (Hadjidakis)Powerful and intense red wine with noticeable minerality and a spicy finish. This is not a typical “island” red wine, but an interesting and multifaceted red proposal from one of the best Santorinian wine makers.
Καβαλιέρος (Σιγάλας) – Kavalieros (Sigalas)Rich, white single variety wine from Assyrtiko. “Kavalieros” is characterized by its bright, golden color, the metal complex nose, with intense aromas of ripe lemon, notes and aromas of grass and citrus flowers. This is a 91/100 (Robert Parker) Greek white Assyrtiko you have to try.
Όβηλος Λευκός (Κτήμα Βιβλία Χώρα) – Ovilos White (Ktima Vivlia Chora)Impressive white wine with rich, aromatic nose, nice acidity and great length. The “marriage” of Assyrtiko with Semillon is highly successful as the first gives shrewdness and sharpness, while the second gives maturity and grace. This is one of the most awarded Greek wines.
Vinsanto (Αργυρός) – (Desert – 500ml) – Vinsanto (Argyros)The largest Greek and international competitions have named Vinsanto as the “absolute star" in Greek desert wines. This highly elaborate label perfectly combines the sweetness of overripe grapes with acidity of Assyrtiko to give us an elegant and delicious dessert wine.
