An interesting sophisticated white wine, made with passion and inspiration by Haridimos Hatzidakis. It is deep on the eye (golden yellow color) and on the nose, with strong herbal aromatic elements and honeysuckle notes, but also a rich body and accentuated acidity in the mouth.
The Aidani label from Hatzidakis winery is a careful vinification, limited in production and based on organically grown grapes. It is of particular interest and recommended to all wine lovers who seek (but still have a long way to go before finding) the limits of Santorini's terroir dynamics.
