Single vineyard, limited production, Xinomavro from the vineyard "Kaiafas", with incredible concentration and richness for the data of the variety. Another fantastic multi-layered expression of Naoussa by Apostolos Thymiopoulos with a shocking possibility of evolution.
The wine is fermented with native yeasts, remains in contact with the marcs for 40 days and matures for 12 months in French 500 liter barrels. Its aroma is flooded with plenty of red fruits, herbs such as rosemary, tomato notes and wonderful sweet spices. Its taste is exuberant with noticeable tannins, acidity that creates a harmonious whole and a very long aftertaste that focuses on the fruit.
