Dimitris Karadimos, substantial, quiet and with a low profile, lets his wines talk about him! And the truth is that they say it well! Even his most 'everyday' wine is very nicely made and definitely attractive, having managed to tame Syrah and give it a velvety and fresh fruity character.
Its color is bright ruby. Its aroma is flooded with dark fruits such as gooseberry and raspberry, violet and chocolate. In the mouth, its tannins are very soft, with the chocolate being combined with the fruit, leaving a very pleasant aftertaste. It is ready to drink now and in the next 2-3 years.
