Varietal Composition: 100% Merlot
Vineyard: b> From the vineyard owned in Kokkinomylos. NW-facing hillside with clayey-stony soils at an altitude of 750 meters. The low yields and a late harvest have resulted in harvesting a mature and concentrated karpou.
Vinification: b> Classic red vinification method with very large extractions of 30-40 days. Aged 15 months in new oak varelia.
Tasting and aging: b> Deep red color with rich velvety taste. Aromatic displays ripe red fruit with distinctive presence vanilla and chocolate. Very soft tannins with a long tasty finish give the feeling of fullness. Wine is capable of aging for 8-10 years.
