Producer's Description Varietal Composition: Xinomavro 100%.
Location: '' Hedgehog'' growing zone Amyntaiou.
Vineyard: Linear vineyard owned 650 acres at an altitude of 620 - 710 m. The plot Hedgehog'', located within the single vineyard owner, is located at an altitude of 690 meters, north-facing, seeing the lake'' Stone'' and the term'' Boras''.
Territory: Sandy - sandy clay soil with excellent apostrangisi.

Το κρασί έχει βιδωτό πώμα, είναι καλά συσκευασμένο και έχει αλκόολ 13,5%. Είναι συνολικά ιδιαίτερα νόστιμο - καμία από την απλή γλυκύτητα που μαστίζει πολλά από τα περισσότερο εμπορικά κρασιά. Θα μπορούσα να διακρίνω τις νότες πορτοκαλιού που η Τζούλια βρήκε στη μύτη, αλλά πιο εντυπωσιακό ήταν μια διαφάνεια τύπου Nebbiolo, ο ελαφρός χαρακτήρας του (από την επήρεια των φρούτων παρά του βαρελιού), καθώς και το γεγονός ότι πραγματικά "χτίζει" το τελείωμα του σε κάτι εντυπωσιακά επίμονο. Είναι ένα πολύ ιδιαίτερο κρασί που αναδεικνύει τα χαρακτηριστικά του Ξινόμαυρου πολύ καλά. Θα το έπινα οποιαδήποτε στιγμή μέσα στα επόμενα πέντε περίπου χρόνια και είμαι σίγουρη ότι θα συνεχίσει να γίνεται όλο και πιο ενδιαφέρον.
