So far Aidani has been the perfect blending partner for Assyrtiko. On its own though, it gives adry, fresh, fruity wine, with elegant character and mineral undertones, as expressed in this varietal example. It is excellent in its youth, especially when paired with shells or strong-flavored fish.

|Producer's Description||Aidani is a grape variety found in the blend of Vinsanto and dry white wines of Santorini.
Domaine Argyros decided to winemaking Aidani separately for special aromatic character.
The total area of 14 acres vineyard is 10 years old, is located in Episkopi Gonia Santorini and is configured to traditional coil, oriented east-southeast.
