Its color is light orange with some pink shades. Its aroma is complex with ripe citrus fruits such as citrus and grapefruit, but also orange peels to dominate and be followed by notes of honey, peach and almond. Its taste is rich, with some subtle tannins, acidity that cools and gives nerve, and long aftertaste.
An amazing and flawless ‘orange’ wine from Assyrtiko that has been vinified without interventions such as the addition of sulfur. The stay of the must with the marcs (method of vinification of orange wines) has given a very nice aromatic profile but also intensity and strength to the taste. If you want to 'discover' this special and up-and-coming style of wines and be led to new delicious trails, then this proposal is the perfect start! It can accompany both dishes that traditionally match white and rosé wines and dishes that we would prefer with red wines.
