Ripe and soft, it can stand on our table next to all white and red meat dishes, but also to accompany a variety of cured meats and cheeses.

Details

Its color is deep garnet. Its aroma is flooded with red fruits dominated by cherry, sweet spices and hints of vanilla and cocoa. In the mouth it is easy to drink, with the red fruit besieging the palate, the acidity refreshing the mouth and the flavors lasting for a long time.
