Stunning, limited production, dry expression of Mavrodafni from the great terroir of Egialia that raises the variety to many levels. The depth of the fruit, the lively acidity and the velvety tannins compose an excellent and multi-layered red wine.
The dense black fruit reminiscent of plums and sour cherries, herbal aromas such as laurel, spices and skin notes create a complex aromatic profile. Its taste is elegant with very well worked tannins, acidity that binds a harmonious whole and a long spicy aftertaste. The maturation for 15 months in second-hand barrels has further completed the wine, giving it a roundness.
