Λόγω νεότητος (2011) έχει πολύ σκούρο-ιδιαίτερα ελκυστικό-ρουμπινί χρώμα.Προσφέρει,στη συνέχεια,ένα εξίσου ελκυστικό άρωμα πιπεράτου κόκκινου κερασιού σε ένα διακριτικό φόντο ξηρών καρπών και φύλλων ξανθού καπνού.Στη γεύση το κρασί είναι ολόδροσο με πολύ ωραίο ζουμερό φρούτο και όμορφες αιθέριες πιπεράτες τανίνες.Πολύ καλή είναι και η επίγευση του.Ξερογλείφομαι να το φαντάζομαι δίπλα σε πιάτα ζυμαρικών,κοκκινιστού μοσχαριού,γενικά μαγειρευτών φαγητών,μοσχαράκι με μανέστρα ψημένο σε πραγματικό πήλινο γιουβέτσι και κάθε λογής ζυμαρικά (ταλιατέλες,παπαρδέλες,λινγκουίνι,χυλοπίτες,αυτά που (κακώς) εμείς αποκαλούμε "λαζάνια") με ragout από κιμά λαγού,κουνελιού,φραγκόκοτας,μοσχαριού και πρόβατου
