Territory: b> Ammoargillopilodes at an altitude of 380 metra.
vineyard Configuration: b> Cup (Gobelet).
Harvest: b> 20-30 Avgoustou.
Vinification: b> Classic red vinification in stainless steel tanks at controlled thermokrasia.
The extraction of the marc lasts about 10-14 days and the wine is poured immediately after the end of the fermentation in oak barrels, where it follows the malolactic fermentation and maturation for 10 months.
Bottling: b> From Manousakis Winery winery in the Vatolakkos Chanion.

Features - Description: b> Clear, medium to dark color with rich BORDEAU and slowly dakrya.
Intense nose and flavors that highlight the maturity, red fruit jam, chocolate and sweet spices, especially vanilia.
Mouth dry with volume and width while the tannins are very ripe and soft. Long finish with a strong presence of ripe red frouton.
Ready to drink and it will stay at its peak for the next 2-4 chronia.
