Amazing Savvatiano that surprises with its freshness and lively aromas that remind us of wines from cold climates, although it is cultivated in the warm climate of the Attic vineyard. The selected vineyards aged 30-50 years, the low acreage yields and the detailed vinification lead to a particularly delicious white wine that can decorate both the everyday and a festive table. It is delicious now but it is one of the white wines that could develop beautifully for 2-3 years in the bottle. The value for money is more than excellent!
Its color is medium lemon green. Its aroma is very pleasant and reminiscent of citrus, white fruits and white flowers along with hints of frankincense and some minerals. In the mouth it is juicy, with fresh fruit predominating, with balanced acidity and quite oily aftertaste.
