We all know that Pinot Noir needs a cold climate and altitude to give appropriate. Understand that one of the vineyards with the highest altitude in Greece, the grape (and hence the wine) "paints"! Indulge in the elegance and you will not regret it.
The label was started as an experiment (or bet) on the value of the group Katogi Averof, the excellent work done but it could only be crowned with success. Fans of the popular variety of Burgundy would do well to follow closely the label, and has a very bright future ahead of her.

|Producer's Description|| Microclimate: b> Continental. During the winter we have a lot of rain and snow. Summer is cool with several storms. The above climate helps maintain the acidity of the variety and the strong expression of flavor characteristics tis.
Vinification: b> Ekragismos - pressing and extraction after the end of fermentation, which lasted 20 days. During the fermentation as 2 impregnating the hat day. The fermentation temperature is between 25 and 30 degrees and immediately after the extraction go for wine maturation in French oak barrels of 300 liters (Never Chauffe Legere) where it remains on the lees for two months.
