Colour that visually captures, perfectly clear and bright, with deep purple hues that betray its youth. The perfumed nose is the heavy artillery of the wine and the first suspicion of the quality that we come in contact with. The talk is about Intense ripe black plum and blueberry, dried herbs and a sweet spicy character reminiscent of black pepper, vanilla, cinnamon and clove. Dark cocoa and toffee complete the aromatic sweet scene as fine leather notes begin to emerge.
On the palate, the wine has volume without being a blockbuster. The alcohol is discreet and the fine grained tannic structure is well balanced by a savoury acidity and lively fruit. Tertiary notes of smoked meat do appear and although balanced, the new french oak spices are plentiful in the begining. Shortly after, they give way to the fruit richness that only fully unfurls through a long finish.

Ready to drink, but will evolve over the next 3-5 years.
