This Asyrtiko is vinified only with the wild yeasts of the grapes (hence the term "Wild Ferment" on the bottle), to capture the authenticity and formality of Santorini PDO to a 100%. A fine Santorini of limited production that Assyrtiko fans should definitely try.

One of the best whites aroundHad this wine in Tommy Banks' Black Swan at Oldstead on the night I proposed to my fiance, thought it was exceptional then and was delighted to find the 2018 vintage is just as impressive. Not had many better wines – in England, Greece or anywhere else in the world.
