Awesome combination of citrus & mineralsDiscovered this wine at Clove Club in Shoreditch, London. Was served with a raw fish dish. Have been serving it with sushi courses ever since. Minerality makes it subtle enough, citrus elements keep it fresh enough! Very interesting wine!
