Haridimos Hatzidakis undoubtedly left his mark on Santorini, contributing significantly to its emergence as a very important wine-producing region. The winery's Vinsanto is an excellent limited production sweet wine with a good value for money. The ripening of the grapes and the careful vinification based on tradition give extra taste points to a wine that does not stop collecting awards in Greece and abroad.

A dessert in its own rightVinsanto 2003 is a sweet wine, made of Assyrtiko 80% and Aidani 20%
It has a deep red/amber colour with caramel reflections, intense aromas of honey, butter caramel, dried fruits and raisins. Long aftertaste of candied orange peal.
Keep refrigerated but remove it from the fridge 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy as a dessert wine, served cake, chocolate or strong cheeses.Posted on
