The Moraitis winery in Paros, utilizes the rare Aidani Black and creates an excellent rose wine distinguished by its finesse and sweet aroma. A world-class rosé wine, with an Aegean flair, capable of changing views even to those who do not "favour" rosé wines.
Its color is pale pink. Its aroma brings summer to our glass, as the watermelon dominates, followed by notes of blackcurrant, flowers and also herbs that remind of tomato. The mouth is cool and elegant, with fruity elements taking the form of delicious spoonsweets and some minimal tannins to give it strength.
