An exploration of the potential of a Salt Moschofilero forward The indigenous variety that one can be seen through modern 'look', is the effort of George Skouras. Fermentation with isolated laboratory 'wild' yeasts, beautifully expressed bud, varietal character and complexity where the variety has accustomed us, raise the bar very high.
Perfectly clear lemon color with gray highlights and edgy nose with aromas ranging spectrum of citrus, such as lemon and lime and supported by Floral cues reminiscent of honeysuckle, rose petals and fresh bergamot. Dry mouth, with refreshing acidity and volume despite the low alcohol, perfume explosion resulting in a triantafyllenia aftertaste, moderate (+) years. A wine with clarity and purity of aromas and flavors.
