This explosive combination of terms and sea of the land of Robola, offers to the special cultivation treatment, San Gerasimo, strong and complex aromas, with predominantly those of citrus, while the grapefruit stands out with notes of honey and flowers. Wine juicy and balanced in the mouth, while its crunchy acidity gives purity, intensity and a fresh finish.
In this rare land that is an amalgam of mountainous and marine nature, the 300 or so winemakers of "Oralios Gi", generation after generation, cultivate their vineyards and produce the unique wines of the Kefalonian tradition. The grapes destined for San Gerasimo come from the mountain vineyards of Kefalonia, at an altitude of 800 meters, which are still grown in a traditional way, offering very low yields, but at the same time excellent quality.
