Dry, Still, Red, Syrah, Ages well
A little discovery, a limited production wine is fermented with indigenous yeasts which surround the winery. A highly impressive Syrah which has black fruit character, spicy spices and lavender. A remarkable effort from a rising producer of Euboea who always speaks through his work.
Vivid purple color, with a narrow crescent. Complex aromatic nose with black fruit, hints and bacharenies anthikotita reminiscent of lavender. In the mouth has volume, generous alcohol and ripe-fine-grained tannins very good quality. The long and complex aftertaste, while the maintenance of wine in your cellar for a few more years will give him even more expressive.
