Dry, Still, Red, Vradiano, Ages well
Vradiano is a rare red variety of Northern Evia, the revival of which belongs rightly to Konstantinos Vriniotis and oenologist Grigoris Skopelitis. The unique unicoloured red wine leaves no doubt that the variety has great potential. It is a wine of limited production, fermented with indigenous yeasts, matured in oak barrels for about a year and a year in the bottle before it reaches our shelves.
The color of the moderate ruby. The nose is elegant with aromas of herbs, dark fruits such as plums, on a background of floral elements where the rose stands out. The mouth is rich, with intense acidity, sensible tannins that tell us to give it some time and a long aftertaste where the plums and the rose stand out. It has the potential to evolve for at least 5-6 years.
