Sideritis is a native, grey variety of the Peloponnese, which resists its disappearance through the efforts of producers such as the Achaean winery. Pale gold color with greenish tints and weak bubbles. Round aromas on the nose. Apricot, floral, citrus, apple, pear jam and sweet orange.
