For the Cuvee Topos, vines are selected at an altitude of 350-450 m of idiosyncratic terroir which, in conjunction with the good use of oak, give a delightfully alternative face of Monemvasia. Full-bodied wine, with structured taste, mineral aesthetics and long-lasting sip.
  4. Mavrose
    Mavrose 2022

Dry, Still, Rose, Avgoustiatis, Mavrotragano, Drink it now, 12.5% alc.
A wonderful and 'dobro' rosé wine from Tinos, where two rare red varieties are masterfully combined, Mavrotragano and Augoustiatis, giving us generous notes of coolness and fruity flavors. The wine comes from vineyards at an altitude of 400 - 450 meters, with low acreage yields, ferments with native yeasts and matures on its mud for two months acquiring an unusually philosophical character for rosé wine!
