Terrasea is the first PDO Santorini wine produced exclusively from Assyrtiko planted in Thirasia island. Behind it are Vangelis Gerovasileiou and Vassilis Tsaktsarlis, who join forces with Ioanna Vamvakouris, having extensive experience in the vinification of Assyrtikos in Santorini. Pithari 6 is one of the amphorae used for the 'Tria Ampelia 2021' wine which comes from a single vineyard over 60 years old. Fermented with indigenous yeasts, leaving some residual sugars and matured for 16 months.
