Syrah and Cabernet Franc combine excellently in a delicious rosé, with a very nice fruity and floral profile along with a spicy hint that create the perfect savouriness. Versatile wine, ideal for aperitifs or to accompany various dishes of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

Malagouzia is very beautifully expressed in the Attic vineyard and this exotic ‘route’ of Strofilia proves it. The excellent raw material from the privately owned vineyards in Anavyssos, the careful vinification and the maturation in acacia barrels that pass a part of the wine, lead to a charming and modern expression of the variety that immediately wins the impressions.

Fokiano is one of the oldest varieties found mainly in the Dodecanese and the islands of the northern Aegean. Here we have a rosy expression of this red variety from Lipsi, which have entered the wine map in recent years thanks to the efforts of the only winery on the island, the Lipsi winery. If you are looking for something truly sought after and unique then this is definitely an ideal choice.

Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.

From a new emerging producer of Nemea , comes this special wine from Chardonnay, to surprise and to show us that this area can give and great white wines . Christos Barafakas uses acacia barrels giving an intense and elegant at the same time ' varelato ' character that will delight even those ' difficult ' this wine style.

Asyrtiko has overwhelmed the Greek vineyard and it seems to be doing well in most areas! The vineyard of Attica is definitely the case and it is proved by Asyrtiko Vasilis Papayannakos, a wine that 'carries all the attributes of the variety. Vivid acidity, lemon fragrances and mineral elements. With the most affordable Asyrtiko of Santorini costing almost double the price, this wine is excellent value for money.

A Single vineyard Malagouzia from the privately owned vineyard Agios Konstantinos, in Askos at an altitude of 500-550 meters, with incredibly delicious and cool taste but also pleasant aromas of fresh fruits and herbs. It is one of those wines that ends the bottle, without anyone realizing it!

From north to south and Malagouzia impresses with its intense flavor and friendly character. The Malagouzia Mark is a very floral and herbal approach varietal aromas that start Muscat , staged in a way that will delight lovers of variety. Assyrtiko is very well expressed in the land of Laconia, producing a more extroverted lemonade but also a mildly floral character, while at the same time combining the high acidity and the earthy notes of the variety. When the price of most Assyrtikas has 'escaped', here it seems to be forgotten at low, for variety, levels.
