    'Kleftes' is one of the first wines released in Greece without sulfur, already in 2009, long before the talk of natural wines in our country began. It remains one of the most remarkable representatives of this style of wine, with rich fruit and mineral elements, but also a proven ability to evolve over time. The Savatiano proves once again that it is a great variety, even through this demanding and risky way of vinification.
