    Mavroudi, one of the oldest Greek varieties is since 1995 a field of study for the Tsantali family which recognizing its potential, revives the grapes in the Maronite vineyard.     A very nice combination of Xinomavro with Grenache and Limnio, with fruit that comes from vineyards on Mount Athos. The wine matures for 10 months in oak French barrels 300lt acquiring beautiful oak elements, which in combination with the fruity profile lead to an enjoyable and easy-to-drink red wine.

    The revival of the vineyard Rapsani and the establishment as one of the most important in Greece is mainly due to Tsantalis Winery. The Grand Reserve is the leading expression of Rapsani, produced only for the very best vintages in limited quantities. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels and 18 months in the bottle, acquiring extremely rich character and robust structure and can comfortably be aged for at least a decade yet.
