Hetero Wines, created by Maria Tamiolaki and Dimitris Mansolas, describes its effort as ‘Gypsy Winemaking’, ie it produces wines in different regions of Greece that have been selected for their uniqueness and wine value. Here we have an amazing Assyrtiko from vineyards that are organically grown in Domokos, which ferments with the native yeasts, remains for 5 months with its fine lees as 50% of the wine enters oak barrels of second use. It very nicely combines the austerity of the variety with its friendliest characteristics when grown outside Santorini.

A particularly delightful white wine from Chardonnay will win fans of this popular variety, but not only. Has deep nose, with aromas mentioning flowers and summer fruits, good acidity and lovely length in the mouth.

A rare Greek grape, an unexpected style of wine. Chidiriotiko of Lesvos in its most extreme winemaking style has a distinct temperament for those wanting to expand their horizons.

With fruit coming from the beautiful vineyards of the Messinian land overlooking the bay of Navarino, Navarino Vineyards creates a very tasty white wine from Chardonnay and Roditis. George Karamitros, using the Charmat method, creates an unusual rosé sparkling wine from the rare Limniona variety in its special homeland, Karditsa. As a variety, it demonstrates aristocratic elegance in mild rosé and red wines. The same happens in a sparkling wine with a distinct grace that is capable of converting and proving the opposite to any "snob" of wine.

Robola, the flaghsip variety of Kefalonia, at its very best! Fresh lemon flavors, accented acidity and ticklish minerality compose the beautiful image of an enjoyable white wine in extravagant fish centered feasts.

It has an impressive, lively, rose color, and freshness on the nose with aromas of fresh fruit. Complex in taste, with beautiful acidity, but also a soft, elegant sweetness at the end, Theodorakakos Estate Rosé is drunk on its own or ideally accompanies summer red sauces in beautiful light everyday dishes, as well as a cheese or fruit platter.

The top Chardonnay vineyards of Navarino Vineyards, with extremely low yields, grape give a qualitative as who "craves" a separate bottling. Two of the most important varieties in the country, are combined and bring to our glasses a very enjoyable and special organic rosé wine of limited production. The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.
