A northern Helladic expression of the variety that proves that Malagouzia can be delicate and complex. Its main characteristic is the expressive and typical aroma of mild intensity that can pleasantly accompany complex dishes.

Two of the most important varieties in the country, are combined and bring to our glasses a very enjoyable and special organic rosé wine of limited production. The white Assyrtiko and the red Xinomavro in a ratio of 60/40, ferment with the native yeasts and mature for a few months in oak barrels of 500 liters in the presence of the fine lees. Intense but at the same time elegant aroma that combines characteristics of both varieties.

Hetero Wines, created by Maria Tamiolaki and Dimitris Mansolas, describes its effort as ‘Gypsy Winemaking’, ie it produces wines in different regions of Greece that have been selected for their uniqueness and wine value. Here we have an amazing Assyrtiko from vineyards that are organically grown in Domokos, which ferments with the native yeasts, remains for 5 months with its fine lees as 50% of the wine enters oak barrels of second use. It very nicely combines the austerity of the variety with its friendliest characteristics when grown outside Santorini.

The ‘new kid on the block’ in terms of exciting varietals, Malagousia from Alpha estate is appealing due to its stone fruit, botanical and flowery character, being a great alternative to international aromatic grape varieties.

Moschofilero, Roditis and Chardonnay join forces and give us a pleasant and fruity wine, with a very good price-quality value, ideal for our everyday table and for occasions that demand quality and quantity!

This Asyrtiko is vinified only with the wild yeasts of the grapes (hence the term "Wild Ferment" on the bottle), to capture the authenticity and formality of Santorini PDO to a 100%. A fine Santorini of limited production that Assyrtiko fans should definitely try.

Extroverted rosé that exemplarily combines the grace of Agiorgitiko with the spicy charm of Gewurztraminer in a juicy and delightful wine with aromas of red and exotic fruits. It will stand beautifully next to Greek dishes with red sauce and any spicy dish.

Assyrtiko is the white variety that tends to become the "flagship" of greek wine abroad. At the same time, fans of the variety in Greece are increasing, as it highlights in the best possible way the culinary richness of our sea and island cuisine. Thalassitis, one of the leading labels of Santorini's Assyrtiko, which bears the signature of John Paraskevopoulos and GAIAS Winery has a loyal audience that appreciates the perfect expression of Assyrtiko's power and dynamics.

Shocking 'orange' wine from the Gaia winery, which praises both the style of orange wines and the magical terroir of Santorini. With Assyrtiko that comes from old autochthonous vineyards and matures for 4 years in clay spherical containers is undoubtedly one of the best Greek wines of this style.

Amazing Savvatiano that surprises with its freshness and lively aromas that remind us of wines from cold climates, although it is cultivated in the warm climate of the Attic vineyard. The selected vineyards aged 30-50 years, the low acreage yields and the detailed vinification lead to a particularly delicious white wine that can decorate both the everyday and a festive table. It is delicious now but it is one of the white wines that could develop beautifully for 2-3 years in the bottle. The value for money is more than excellent!

The Gaia Nychteri takes our favorite Santorini Assyrtiko to a whole new level. The salty, zesty aromatic character of the variety and the sharp acidity are dressed by a spicy soft veil from the oak ageing. Each bottle begs for special grilled seafood delicacies to make the perfect scene.
