Saint Modesto is the newest creation of the Barafaka estate, whose wines are distinguished for their extroversion and expressive aromas. Its name is inspired by the church of Agios Modestos, located at the entrance of the winery. It is a very versatile wine, as it can be consumed as an aperitif but also to accompany delicious dishes of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine.

Barafaka Estate enters the map of single-variety Malagouzia with a delicious wine. to which the name refers to the distance one travels from one end of the vineyard to the other to face the magical view of the Nemea plain. Well made, fruity and crystalline.

From a new emerging producer of Nemea , comes this special wine from Chardonnay, to surprise and to show us that this area can give and great white wines . Christos Barafakas uses acacia barrels giving an intense and elegant at the same time ' varelato ' character that will delight even those ' difficult ' this wine style.

The idea was to marry the classic Rhoditis with aromatic Malagouzia. The performance of Chris Barafaka balanced with aromas of tropical fruit and whitefish, freshness in the mouth but the acidity is too high and totally pleasant, fruity character, with emphasis on the immediacy of perfume rather than complexity.

The freshest version of Agiorgitiko from Christos Barafaka, which lacks the concentration of Nemea's classic, on the other hand, of course, overflows with aromas of crisp red fruits, freshness and lively character. A very beautiful and inexpensive expression of the happier side of Agiorgitikos.

Christos Barafakas belongs to the new generation of Nemea wine producers, who by using his privately owned vines, presents us modern wines that leave no one unmoved. Chilia Chronia is a wine full of freshness with delicious aromas of red and black fruits from two varieties, Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon, which blend perfectly.

Wonderful expression of Agiorgitiko that combines the two-year maturation in amphorae and oak barrels, focusing on the purity of the fruit, the elegance and the velvety tannins. A Nemea that raises the bar very high with its personality but also the ability to evolve beautifully over time.
