Fresh red from Agiorgitiko and Cabernet Sauvignon for all hours and all seasons. Ambelou Fos (meaning vine's light) is a pleasant, aromatic wine that generously expresses all the friendliness of Agiorgitikos and is intended to participate in many pleasant taste combinations. A wine that we will especially prefer when the weather is good, as we will be able to enjoy it slightly cool, and in combination with light, everyday cuisine.

One of the most beautiful expressions of Cabernet Franc in the Greek land comes from the vineyard Tambouri of Strofilia at an altitude of 800 meters on the plateau of Stymfalia in mountainous Corinth. The management of the vineyard and the favorable climate give excellent quality grapes, where in combination with the care in the winery and the maturation in French oak they lead to a red wine of limited production that sets the bar very high.

Muchtaro is a rare red variety from the region of Central Greece and owes its existence to the Domaine Muses from Askri Thebes. This is the only Mouchtaro varietal wine in the world, and it is fruity, soft and 'serious' at the same time, proving that the variety has potential and is expected to give much more in the future.

Strong and intense red wine, with noticeable minerality and a spicy finish. This is not a classic island red wine, but an interesting and multidimensional red proposal from a top Santorini winemaker.
