With fruit coming from the beautiful vineyards of the Messinian land overlooking the bay of Navarino, Navarino Vineyards creates a very tasty white wine from Chardonnay and Roditis. The expressive aromas and flavors and its cool acidity make it ideal as an aperitif, while at the same time it can accompany and highlight many dishes of the mediterranean cuisine.

Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

Two local winemakers, Manolis Vavoulas and Nikos Gryllis, put Lipsi on the wine map of Greece when in 2013 they joined forces and created the Lipsi winery with the aim of producing wines that match and highlight their place. Here we have a white wine from three predominantly Aegean varieties, the red Fokiano (followed by white vinification) and the white Assyrtiko and Athiri, which stands out both for its charming fruity profile and its cool and delicious taste.
