The 'sweetness' of Agiorgitiko highlights characteristic red fruits, such as sour cherry and black cherry in a very ripe version - almost jam. The barrel enhances the complexity, imparting aromas of vanilla and cocoa, while in the background, some hints of milk chocolate, mint and animal notes emerge. In the mouth, the acidity of the wine lends freshness, with the red fruit appearing less ripe and the barrel "dominating" the aftertaste.

Dimitris Mansolas and Maria Tamiolaki, two excellent winemakers, created Hetero Wines in 2018 with the aim of producing ‘diverse’ wines from various regions of Greece. Here we have a rare combination of two great indigenous varieties, grown in the plain of Domokos and kneaded with native yeasts.
