Hetero Wines, created by Maria Tamiolaki and Dimitris Mansolas, describes its effort as ‘Gypsy Winemaking’, ie it produces wines in different regions of Greece that have been selected for their uniqueness and wine value. Here we have an amazing Assyrtiko from vineyards that are organically grown in Domokos, which ferments with the native yeasts, remains for 5 months with its fine lees as 50% of the wine enters oak barrels of second use. It very nicely combines the austerity of the variety with its friendliest characteristics when grown outside Santorini.

Its color is light lemon. Its aroma is full of life with fresh green fruits such as apple and pear, citrus, peach and essential notes of white flowers. In the mouth it is relatively rich in acidity that gives incredible freshness, the flavors of the fruit dominate, some soft notes of vanilla make their appearance while its aftertaste is long.

Cool, pleasant and delicious white wine that disarms from the first sip. The extroverted Moschofilero meets the two most popular white international varieties, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc in an organic wine that pulsates with persistent aromas, flavors and liveliness. Worth a place at our table in winter, summer!

Stunning, limited production, dry expression of Mavrodafni from the great terroir of Egialia that raises the variety to many levels. The depth of the fruit, the lively acidity and the velvety tannins compose an excellent and multi-layered red wine.

Katogi Averoff, although located quite far from Naoussa, manages to bring to our glasses an exceptional expression of the variety with bright fruit and botanical elements, lively acidity and noticeable tannins. It uses fruit from selected vineyards in the area and vinifies it exemplary, capturing all the typical characteristics of PDO Naoussa wines.

Apostolos Thymiopoulos is one of the most important Greek producers of the new generation! They are among those that have opened new horizons for Naoussa's Xinomavro. But it could not stay within the boundaries of a particular region. After his successful 'landing' in Santorini, he attempts to 'conquer' Rapsani. Tasting this complex and multi-faceted wine, one of the finer vineyards in the area, where Xinomavro occupies about 50%, we can already conclude!

Stunning expression of Santorini, where its aroma, although still quite fresh, is at the same time elegant and complex, with fresh citrus fruits, citrus peel, ripe white fruits and aromas that resemble stone and portray the terroir. Its taste is rich, with the characteristic sharp acidity and long aftertaste where it leaves a beautiful sense of saltiness.
